I'm an independent writer that specializes in short, impactful narratives. The writers' whose styles I admire the most are Ursula K. LeGuin, Margaret Rogerson, Robin Hobb, V. E. Schwab, China Miéville and, sometimes, Stephen King while also drawing inspiration from Lovecraft and Stoker.

- parting is such sweet sorrow (romance/drama, 2k words) "You possess the most dangerous of weapons I have ever faced. I've found defeat at your feet." He knelt. Clarissa had to look down to keep eye contact. "And I accept it gladly." star-crossed lovers meet before the sun rises.

- family first (horror/suspense, 1k words) Their children came first - A woman on the run seeks help, finds something else instead.

- from the diary of samuel locke (horror/supernatural, 500 words) "They stop working once harvested, and they bleed this dense, clear substance that smells like honey. The children love it." - Knowledge is paid in sanity, or a broken mind burrows further into the gaping mouth of the unknown.

- consumption (horror/suspense, 2k words) "Our investigation is privately funded and comprised of a biologist, a chemist, a geologist, a physician and Bullet, who's got guns. I'm none of them" - An expedition goes wrong.

- even in death, the song (horror/supernatural, 2k words) For Lucas there's only the ache in his fingers, the tension, and release of his muscles when he steps on the pedals or his hands travel from one extreme of the keyboard to the other.

- destined melody (romance, 1k words) Finn's fingers hurt, his muscles are tense, but he doesn't want to stop until he's memorized each and every note of the song. The piece he's been working on for so long is supposed to be a gift to a person he's never spoken to.

- butterfly effect (sci-fi/suspense, 500 words) The time traveler's well-timed vanity makes a sniper pull the trigger a second too soon, a snipet.
